GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

Article 1: Scope of Application
These General Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern all sales transactions conducted through the websites owned and operated by Evemma Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms apply to all purchases of physical products, electronic products (including but not limited to e-books and online courses), and any other services offered by the Company.

By placing an order through our website, you (the "Customer") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Any deviation from these Terms requires written approval from Evemma Ltd.

Article 2: Age Restrictions
Evemma Ltd. only accepts Customers who meet the following age criteria:

For physical and electronic products: Customers must be at least 16 years old.
For services (such as coaching, workshops, and seminars): Customers must be at least 18 years old.

We take reasonable measures to prevent minors from accessing our products and services. If we become aware that a Customer does not meet the minimum age requirement, we reserve the right to cancel the order, refund any payments made, and revoke access to the product or service.

Article 3: Orders
Placing an order on our website constitutes a legally binding contract between the Customer and Evemma Ltd. Orders will only be processed upon full payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is suspicion of fraud, a pricing error, or an issue with product availability. In such cases, we will provide a full refund if payment has already been made.

Article 4: Prices and Taxes
All prices are listed in Euros and include applicable taxes under Bulgarian law. Shipping costs, where applicable, will be calculated and displayed before finalizing the purchase. Prices are subject to change at any time, but the price applicable to a purchase is the one displayed at the time of the order.

For international Customers, any additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Article 5: Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order placement, including for pre-orders. We accept secure online payments via credit card, PayPal, and other payment methods as listed on our website. All payment transactions are encrypted and securely processed by our payment service providers.

Evemma Ltd. is not responsible for any additional fees charged by the Customer’s bank or payment provider. In the event of a payment dispute, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel access to the purchased product or service until the issue is resolved.

Article 6: Delivery and Access

Physical Products: Physical products will be shipped to the address provided by the Customer at checkout. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon dispatch from our facilities. If a package is lost, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue or provide a refund where applicable.
Electronic Products: E-books, courses, and other digital products will be delivered electronically via email or direct access through our website. Customers are responsible for ensuring they provide a valid email address. Digital products are considered delivered once access has been granted or a download link has been provided.

Article 7: Refund and Return Policy

Physical Products: Customers may request a return within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Electronic Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds for e-books, courses, or other downloadable content are not provided unless required by law. However, if a technical issue prevents access to the purchased content, we will work to resolve the problem.
Services: Refund policies for coaching, workshops, and other services will be outlined at the time of purchase.

Article 8: Protection of Personal Data
Evemma Ltd. complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws. By purchasing from our website, you consent to our collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Customers have the right to access, modify, or request deletion of their personal data by contacting us at the details provided below.

Article 9: Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to text, images, digital products, and course materials, remains the intellectual property of Evemma Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our content is strictly prohibited.

Article 10: Limitation of Liability
Evemma Ltd. is not responsible for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
Delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or cyberattacks.

Article 11: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.
